PEI Offers a full range of foam Pigs
PEI foam pigs are offered in three different densities:
2-pound: light service
5-pound: medium service
8-pound: heavy service
Most PEI Foam Pigs are offered in sizes 2”-48”.
The Foam Pig’s core is made from an open-cell polyfoam then coated or sealed with a 90 Shore A durometer urethane coating.
Foam Pigs are offered in Multiple Configurations:
- Gray Criss-Cross: For light cleaning and displacement
- Gray Spiral Bristle: For cleaning
- Gray Multi-Disc: For drying, cleaning, and displacement
- Bare Swab: For drying
Gray Criss-Cross
Features: Coated with a rigid 90 durometer urethane to toughen and prolong wear life.
Application: To light clean or to remove debris and liquids.
Gray Spiral Bristle
Features: Coated with a rigid 90 durometer urethane to toughen and prolong wear life. This pig is also equipped with a spiral brush wrap to enhance the cleaning.
Application: To light clean or to remove debris and liquids.
Gray Multi-Disc
Features: Multi-Disc which are reinforced with 90 durometter urethane.
Application: To line fill during hydro-test or to dewater after hydro-test. May also be used to dry or remove liquids from natural gas pipelines.
Gray Bare Swab
Features: May be flat nosed or taper nosed with sealed end to eliminate bypass.
Application: To dry pipeline following hydro-test or prove pipeline piggable.
