Automated PLC Pigging System for automatically launching Spherical Pigs only

Note: Automated PLC Pigging systems control the upward and downward movement of the primary and secondary launch pins which are gas driven utilizing pipeline gas pressure. The PLC driven controls require a 24 VDC power supply. The System will launch spherical pig either at the control panel locally, or on a pre-determined time intervarl, or from a remote signal. Optional hydraulic or electric driven pins are available. A valve control panel can be provided for the valves equipped with actuators. Standard units will hold 10 spherical pigs up to the 12" size and 8 spherical pigs in 14" and larger sizes

Automated PLC Pigging System for automatically launching Spherical Pigs and also manual launching of Cleaning/Displacement/Batching Pigs and ILI Pigs
Include all necessary valves and piping (mainline trap valve, mainline by-pass, trap by-pass valve, kicker valve, drain valve, vent valve, gage valve)
Include valve actuators on mainline valves.
