Family Matters

A letter from PEI President, Jack Lollis:
Pipeline Equipment, Inc., which includes PEI Fabrication, PEI Extrusion (formerly Sisco Specialty Products), and PEI Machine is a family owned company. Rumors that PEI has been sold are incorrect. Over our 15 years in business, we have been approached many times by potential buyers. However, at this point, we feel it's in the best interest of our employees and customers to remain family owned and controlled.

We place a priority on being responsive and staying close to our customers. We feel that our growth and progress are a "joint venture" between us and our customers.
